A Lot of Unlicensed Vehicles Campaign

Phnom Penh: Officers of the opposition Samrainsy party have complained so far about the unlicensed vehicles which join the campaign for the 2008 national election. Some of them are state-owned cars, but the drivers remove the plate numbers so that they can join the campaign. According to NEC law, the vehicles belong to state can not participate in the propaganda for the election purposes. Nonetheless, NEC does not have any law against those without plate numbers, NEC officials.
