A Man and Boy Rape a 15-year-old Girl on the Road

Pursat Province: A man and a boy raped a 15-year-old girl on a road when her motorbike fell on the ground on Sunday night in Rong village, Bakan district’s Metoek commune. The two rapists, Duong Dien, 22, and Khorn Khuon, 14, were arrested by local police one day later. According to their confession at the police station, they went out to buy game cocks. Meanwhile, they spotted the victim girl falling her motorcycle on the road (her robe turned to cover her head) after returned from a party. Then they dragged her to a nearby rice field to rape one after another, police said. The two are being detaining waiting for bring to justice.
