A man arrested after stealing a motorbike

Phnom Penh: A man was arrested by Dongkor police at 7 in the evening of 30 June 2007 in Teuk Laak I, Khan Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh for stealing a motorbike. Police said that the motorbike was stolen in Phnom Penh and taken to Takeo. When the man brought the motorbike back to Phnom Penh, he was arrested. The arrested man was Chuop Vann, 18, a construction worker. The motorbike owner is Puth Seyha, 28. Police now is preparing to send the thief to the court.
