A man arrested for cheating and fighting

Kompong Tom: Lon Leat, 33, was arrested on 5th morning for fighting. On 28th, June, Lon Leat and his friends, Chun Mengly and Bra Sun played snooker all together then Lon Leat cheated. When his friends saw and asked to change the card, he refused then started a fighting. Chun Mengly, victim, asked 700.000 Riels for compensation from his cousin but Lon Leat gave only 150.000 Riels so he was arrested on 5th, June 2007.
