A Man Arrested for Cheating

Phnom Penh: Chrang Charie commune police held a 31-year-old man for cheating his friend’s motorbike. The suspect arrested at 7 p.m. on May 3 after the motorcycle owner filed a complaint with police, who said that the accused lives in Russey Keo district’s Chrang Charie commune. On May 2, the suspect borrowed a C-100 brand from his friend and pawned it for 100 US dollar. At the police station the cheater confessed that he pawned the motorbike and the money was paid within a night. The owner of the motorbike saw him drinking wine in the village, and informed the police to arrest him instantly.
