A Man Arrested for Raping his Step Daughters

Kampongspeu Province: Chen Kun, 38, was arrested after his wife had filed a complaint with Bor Sed district police on Monday for allegedly accusing him of raping his two step daughters. Chan Srey Mom, rapist’s wife, said that his husband had raped her two daughters, many times, the oldest daughter, 18, six times and the smallest one, 11, three times, but the defendant turned down the accusing. “She agreed to sleep with me,” he said.
