A man brutally shot by a custom officer

Kampot Province: A man was shot mostly die by an officer while he was transporting small amount of illegal gasoline to his house. The event occurred at 9.30pm on 22 December, while the officers drove behind him for 20 kilometers from where they started until he arrived in front of his house. Nouv Sokha, 41, only a small illegal gasoline seller, was surrounded by several custom officers and was hit and fired by an officer while he was protecting himself. Those who come to visit the man in the hospital said that this is a brutal attack toward this small seller.
