A man caught for grabbing necklace

Phnom Penh: A man was caught at 6:30 in the evening of 3 May after he grabbed the necklace from a schoolgirl in Sangkat Chraingchomres, Khan Russeykeo.
The caught man was Sleh Osman, 18. The schoolgirl was Omnong Dina, 15, a student at Russeykeo high school. The caught man confessed that he did grabbed the necklace from the schoolgirl. The necklace was returned to the schoolgirl.
