A Man Charged with Raping his 11-year-old Daughter

Battambang Province: A man, who was accused of raping his 11-year-old step daughter, was arrested by his local police on Wednesday. According to a complaint against the man, he raped the under age girl on Monday afternoon in a hammock at his house in Moung Russey district’s Preitouch commune. Police said that the accused named Sou Chean, 44. At the police custody, the step father confessed that he had raped his step daughter when his wife was not home. The under age victim said that her step father slapped her on the face and threatened to kill her if what happened to her break out. The man was sent to justice on Friday.
