A man died when jumping from the 2nd floor

Phnom Penh: A man died at the hospital because of jumping from the 2nd floor when he grabbed a necklace from a lady. Police said that at 8 in the evening of 22 June 2007, there was a man attempted to grab a necklace from a lady on cyclo but the lady knew in advance and called for help. When people tried to arrest him, the man climbed to the 2nd floor of the nearby house and jumped down injuring his left leg and head. The dead man was known as Chhuon Chhun, 22.
