A man injured by police's shot requests 10 million Riels for compensation

Phnom Penh: Yem Sim alias Bao who injured by the shot from the police after a traffic accident in the night of 30 October requested 10 million Riels for compensation. In the night of 30 October, the son of the provincial deputy police chief drove a car hit and killed a person. After the accident, a police who was drinking nearby shot and badly injured Yem Sim. Chheng Channy, Yem Sim's wife sue to the court to ask fo 10 million Riels compensation for the treatment bill of her husband. The driver who killed a person had escaped and now is at large, but the two police involved in shooting Yem Sim were arrested.
