A Man Killed on the a Mount of Sand

Phnom Penh: A man was attacked to death by a group of perpetrators at 10:10 pm on July 27, 2007 on a mount of sand in Phsar Touchmarket village, Eussey Keo district’s Toul Sangke commune.
Police has not known the motive for the killing and the attackers were not known either. The victim known as Phuong Ratanak, 25 lived in in Phsar Touchmarket village, Eussey Keo district’s Toul Sangke commune. The victim with his three other friends drank beer in the village before the assault. Thereafter, the victim and one of his friends went to river bank with saying they had an argument. While they were on the way, there was a group of people blocked their way and attacked the victim, and then they fled, police added.
