A man killed while drinking

Phnom Penh: A vietnamese man was stabbed to death by his friend while they were drinking together. The man was dead when he was sent to the hospital.
The killing happened at midnight of 25th April 2007 in front of #66Eo, Street 86, Sangkat Srahchok, Khan Daun Penh.
Police said that the dead was Ngueng Yang Hong, 32 was a vietnamese, and the killer was Ngueng Yang Ti, 20 was a vietnamese too. The killing caused by the argument between the victim's friend with the killers when all of them were drunk. Then, the victim called the killer for a fight, suddenly the killer grabbed a knife and stabbed the victim. The killer now has escaped.
