A Man Rapes a 15-year-old Girl

Battambang Province: A teenager raped a girl at her house when she was alone at 8 a.m. on Tuesday in Ou Chamlong village, Kamrieng district’s Ta Krai commune. Kamrieng district police Choem Kim Hong said that the suspect known as Phat Theourn, 18, lives in the village with the 15-year-old victim girl, said that the Phat Theourn entered her house and dragged her into a room, raping her and escaped. The girl said that she could not shout for help because the rapist gagged her mouth. The girl’s parents filed a complaint with police to arrest the perpetrator.
