A Man Rapes His Aunt

Kampongchnang Province: A suspect, who has just been set free from prison, was detained and sent to anti-human trafficking office and minor protection by Kampongchnang district police for raping his aunt, who is a mute and has mental ill, at 8:30pm on 26 August 2007 in a nun’s cottage in Khsam pagoda, Kampongchnang ditrict’s Khsam communae. The rapist known as Bun They, 38, lives in Boribou district. Police officer said that raping metal ill person is regarded as raping minor; therefore, he could face 10 to 20 years in jail.
