A Man Shot and Robbed

Phnom Penh: A man were seriously injured and lost his modern motorbike in a robbery by a group of robbers at 9:40pm on August 3, 2007 in Boeng KorkII commune, Tuol Kok district. The three robbers, with a gun and a modern motorbike, robbed the victim while he was droving alone on road 315, Boeng KorkII commune, Tuol Kok district. The robbers stopped and pointed the gun at him and shot him, taking the motorbike and fled. The victim named Chan Sareth, 52, lives near the scene, was wounded on his left hand and left leg and sent to Louk Sang hospital, police said.
