A Missing Man Found Dead in River

Siem Reap Town: A corpse of a man was found floating in a river at 2:15 on Tuesday in Mondol I village, Siem Ream town’s Svay Dangkum commune. The dead man, who was identified as Duong Samet, 28, was a barber in Vihear Choen village, police said. According to the deceased’s relatives, the man had a mental problem and he was missing one day before founding dead. A few boys in the local said that they met Duong Samet, who told them that he wanted to swim the river. Police concluded that the man drowned, not died of murdering.
