A Monk Arrested for Prostitution

Phnom Penh: An eight-teen-year-old novice was held for committed prostitution with a 48-year-old woman on Thursday in Doun Penh district’s Srah Chork commune, police said Friday. When coming back from a hospital, a man, who carries AIDS, saw the novice and his wife pursing the mouths each other in his mother-in-law’s house. The man said that his wife, who was the monk’s god mother, had the relationship a year ago. The novice on Friday was forced to leave the monkshood to be sentenced, police added.
