A Monk defrocked for Breaking Buddhist Law

Baylin Province: A 30-year-old monk was defrocked at night and sent to police office in Baylin city’s Baylin district for committed violence and cheating. The Buddhist law breaker known as Vorn Channa was born in Kampongcham province. He often went to Thailand to raise money and last year, he used a fake letter to collect contribution from Buddhists. Besides, he stayed at a widow’s house both night and day time. Before the defrocking, the monk badgered the widow on October 2nd.
