A Mute Woman Raped near a Party

Kampongthom Province: A 17-year-old mute woman was raped at around 1:10 a.m. on Tuesday. The victim was lured by unknown man from a party to rape in Kor Koh commune building in Santuk district, according to police, who found her naked in the building after the nearby villagers called them. A 21-year-old suspect was held and questioned at the same day. However, police do more investigation on the case.
