A police officer miserably died on the way

Kam Port Province: The accident was happened on 28 November while a marine border police riding his motor in the opposite direction from a speeding truck. When arrived at the scene in Kam Pong Bay district, the truck completely crashed his motor and made one of his leg stuck with the truck tire. The victim, Sek Vanna, deputy commander of marine border protection, was hurriedly sent to the hospital but unfortunately, he died before arriving to the destination. Whereas the truck driver could not be arrested, however, the truck owner was known as Long Meng who lives in the above scene.
