A Prisoner Die after Sending to Hospital

April 28, 08: A prisoner known as Yan Sokea died after he was sent to Khmer-Soviet hospital. Human Rights association ADHOC accused that because of the lack of health care for captives in prison and the ignorance of doctors at the hospital that it made him die. Sokea was arrested on November 14, 07 in a land controversy in Preah Vihea province. After that he was sent to Prey Sor prison in Phnom Penh for conviction.
