A robber arrested after 2 hours of robbery

Phnom Penh: One among the two robbers was arrested by Teuk Thla police after they have robbed a motor taxi driver about two hours ealier. The robber was arrested at 4:00am of 28 November 2007 along the street 271 in Russey Keo's Teuk Thla commune. The arrested was identified as Korng So Samnang, 24, and the other who escaped Chea Chantha, 26. The motor taxi driver who was robbed Rab Vanny, 20. The victim said that he took the two men from Spark entertainment center to Teuk Thla Health Center then the two men beat him and took his motorcycle. Two hours after the robbery, one of the robbers arrested and the other escaped.
