A Scavenger Boy Killed of Lightning Strike

Phnom Penh: A 13-year-old boy died instantly on the spot in a rice field behind his home after the lightning strike shot him when scavenging in a hard rain at around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday in Dangkor district. The dead boy known as Sieng Huo lived in Mol village, Dankor commune. This year, around a hundred people were killed by lightning already and there is no immediate action to prevent this fatal natural disaster.
