A scavenger found an infant in rubbish

Phnom Penh: A dead infant, who supposed to be born for one day or two day was found in a container near rubbish bin in Chamkarmorn's Psar Deum Thkov commune. Police said that this was an immoral deed for the parents of the infant. The dead infant was found by a scavenger in a container in the rubbish. Police and local authority claimed that this was very immoral for the parents who abandoned their own dead child. The local authority took the dead infant to cremate at the pagoda.
