A seven year-old boy severely tortured

Bantteay Mean Chey Province: On 9 December, a day before human right day, a seven year-old boy was brutally hit by Krak Samphors’s relatives. Due to the sue from boy’s family, the victim was violently fought by a boxer’s brother, Krak Sophea. This torture was occurred because the boy was suspected of stealing the money from a lady who is Krak Sophea’s relative also. Arriving at the place, the police found the boy was kept at the back of a car; his hands and legs were tied. Only, the lady was arrested after the occurring, whereas the two men had escaped.
