A six year-old girl was raped

Kampong Cham Province: A poor little girl was raped by a merciless man while she was alone in her field. The witness said that he heard the girl crying in a forest, and when he arrived at the place, the criminal immediately ran away without wearing his dress. The criminal, Ly Ma Hart, 36, has no exact home, and he is a drunken man, said the police. The girl’s mother said that her daughter has a problem with her brain since she was born; hence, they could not get any information from the girl.
