A slow process of law draft over the rights of disable person

Phnom Penh: Cambodia Organization for people with disable body has been watching over a slow process of a draft that today it is stuck in Social Ministry. In this seminar, Mr. Sao Roth, the president of the organization, said that they want this draft publicized through National and International Organizations and other related institutions in order to fulfill any shortages and get some comments from them. Today, disable persons live without any right protection from the society. Hence, they want this draft to be adopted by assembly aiming to increase the capacity of people with disable body in the society.
