A step-daughter was killed

Kampong Speu Province: A 14 year-old daughter was killed by her step-mother on 24 November at around 8 pm. On the occurred day, the girl, Ven Kamsot, was persuaded by her step mother, Loch Horn, to walk through the field, the quietest place, behind her house then the lady handed a knife to her brother, Neang Dourn, to chop on the girl neck. After that Neang Dourn returned home, whereas his sister threw the dead girl into a field lake. A month later, the girl body was found by a farmer, after an investigation the police arrested these two suspects who involved with this crime.
