A stream dug to avoid flood

Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh department of Public Work and Transportation dug a stream along National Road 3 in Tuol Key village, Dongkor in the morning of 10 July to avoid flooding on National Road 3 and in Tuol Key. Nhem Saran, chief of Phnom Penh department of public work and transportation said that seeing no pipe system on National Road 3, Kep Chutima suggested the department to dig the stream.
