A Taxi Driver Rapes his Daughter in Quest House

Preah Sihanouk Province: A 34-year-old taxi driver was arrested by penalty police on Monday for the suspecting of raping his 14-year-old daughter in a guest house on Sunday night. The suspect of the rape case known as Chay Kim Oun, living in Pei village, Pei commune, Preah Sihanouk province’s Preah Sihanouk city, drove his car to escape after raping his daughter, penalty police said on Monday. After the arresting, the suspect confessed that he had raped his daughter after he was drank in a quest house. On the day, he had an argument with his wife and took two of his kids from house. One is his 10-year-old son the other one is the victim girl. According to his confession, at the he drank a lot and slept with his daughter.
