A Teacher Shot Three Times

Phnom Penh: A man known as Meas Sothea, 27, was shot three times in arm, thigh, and belly when he had oral quarrel with an 89-seried Camry driver after the unidentified driver drove over him. At the time, the victim was walking in front of his house with three friends. After shooting, the perpetrator drove his car away. The victim was sent to hospital instantly. The victim is a teacher. The event occurred late at night on 3-June-07 in front of house No 181Eo in Sangkat Chey Chomneah, Khan Daon Penh.
