A Teenager’s Hand Cut off by Unidentified Gang

March 18, 08: A Sontormuk School student lost his hand when he was standing to watch concert at ending night of Thai product exhibition in Mondiyal Center, Phnom Penh. His hand was cut off when two gangsters rode a motorbike to stop near him and took a sword to attack him from behind. When he saw the sword, he raised his hand to resist the sword. The teenager was also seriously injured in head. After chopping, the two assailants drove to escape away.
