A Teenager Cut off his Leg and Hand, dying in the Pool of Blood

Pursat Province: An adult was slain by his drunken friend, dying in the pool of blood after they had been drunk and having oval argument at around 11 p.m. on Nov 7 in Bra Hal village, Bakan district’s Talo commune, said Pursat Provincial police Meas Mol. The dead victim named Chhai Soeurm, 18, was chopped in his head and his left leg and right hand were cut off his body. 23-year-old Phun said that five teenagers drunk at his house and had conflict. Then the next day the victim was found dead. Police detained two of them the following day and the other escaped.
