A Teenager Detained in Woman Rape Case

Battambang Province: Battambang provincial police said that they arrested a suspect adult, who was accused of raping a 24-year-old woman, after he had escaped for 8 days. According a complaint of a 34-year-old Chen Ken, the victim’s older sister, her younger sister, who had a mental problem, was raped by the suspect on 23 February at around 7 p.m. in Ping Pong village, Lvea commune, Borven district.
