A Teenager Rapes a Pregnant Woman

Kandal Province: After receiving a complaint from the victim, Takkhmao district police arrested a man on Thursday for raping a 38-year-old-woman who has an eight-month- old pregnancy at 5:30 p.m. on 5th August 2008 in Takhmao district’s Ta Kdul commune. The rapist known as Phorn Dara, 22, is also one of the bullies in the village, said penalty police Ket Vantha. The victim said that Phorn Dara had raped her when she was watching TV a lone in a room and escaped. The offender confessed that when he saw her alone in the room, he wanted to have sex with her, then he went into the room and raped her, penalty police added
