A Teenager Strangled Dead when Goes to Ground Ceremony

Svay Rieng Province: A teenager named Long Dary, 17, was strangled to dead with belt as he went to a pagoda’s ground ceremony. The victim lived in Kok village, Svay Rompear commune, Svay Tiep district, Svay Rieng. The event happened at night on 7-April-07 in Lak Reachier village, Kampong Chork commune, Romduol district 300 meters northward from Lak Reachier pagoda.
