A tourism police caught

A pursat tourism police and his brother-in-law were caught for cheating the police to take two cows.Police said that the tourism police was known as Kam Sophal, 37, and his brother-in-law, Chan Poeun, 48. Both of them live in Sampovmeas district, Kompot province.
Police added that a few days ago, Ruon Kyspli, a man living in Takuoy village, Sampovmeas district had lost two cows. Then, police found the two cows and kept them at police station, and police asked for the owner. Knowing the police asking for the owner of the cows, Kam Sophal told his brother to pretend to be the cows owner and took the cows home. A few days later, having heard that Ruon Kyspli lost two cows, police told him to see the cows that Kam Sophal's brother-in-law took. After seeing the cows, Ruonkyspli confirmed that those cows are his. Then police caguth Kam Sophal and Chan Poeun to send to the court for the case of cheating.
