A Tractor Trailer kills a Man

Phnom penh: A tractor trailer ran over and killed a 43-year-old man at 10:20 p.m. On Friday in front of Chea sim Samaki high school in Tuol Kok district’s Boeng Salang commune. The dead man known as Tang Kheang lived in Russey keo district’s Toek Thalar commune. The truck ran over a half of the victim’s body after he had swerved to avoid a mount of sand and then careered into the truck in the same direction, ding immediately at the same time. The driver escaped after the accident.
