A Truck Kills a Beggar in Siem Reap

Siem Reap Province: A 40-year-old legless beggar was killed by a truck while he was sleeping on the side walk at 3:50pm on November 5 near Reach Domnak pagoda. The victim known as Som Sarey was born in Kampong Cham province. The truck driver, Lut Volak, 35, lives in Siem Reap district’s Sala Kamroeuk commune. The source said that the truck ran over his head, died immediately at the scene. it is suspected that the victim was drunken, the source added.
