A Truck Runs over two Men’s Heads, Driver Escapes

Kandal Province: Two men, who are cousins, died immediately at the scene in a traffic accident after a truck ran over their heads on Sunday afternoon in Cheu Teal village, Kien Svay district’s Cheu Teal commune. The dead victims known as Bun Somrong, 42, and Phan Channa, 38, lived in Cheu Teal commune’s Prek Svay village. The driver was unknown because he fled and the truck was taken into police custody. Arriving at the scene, the two victims’ motorbike touched another vehicle, Chaly, and meanwhile, the truck came and ran over and killed them.
