Koh Kong Province: Two male siblings were arrested Saturday for murdering a 22-year-old man in Koh Kong province’s Mondal Seimar district, local police said Sunday. The perpetrators Kak Sieng, 25, and Kak Oun, 23, stabbed the victim Sorng Moeurn three times, dying at the spot after they had a verbal argument at a time of drinking, said penalty police
