A Vietnamese Man Arrested

Posat Province: A 29-year-old Vietnamese man, who was accused of thievery and using illegal weapon, was apprehended by Kro Kor district police on 28 Jan 2008 in Kampong Luong commune. The arrest followed a Vitnamese man’s complaint, which charged him with stealing his battery and diesel oil. After the arrest, police found a bomb with him. The man confessed that the charges were true and the bomb he hid long time ago, police said.
