A Vietnamese Man Detained in Bantaymean Chay Province

Bantaymean Chay: police detained on May 21 afternoon a Vietnamese man for taking drug and trying to attack his father. The Vietnamese man known as Phang Ming Hay, 27, lives in Ou Chrov district’s Boy Beth commune and his father Yung Phoeun, 60, said police.

The Vietnamese man’s father said that his son did not have the specific job and in the past he took the drug and always picked the quarrel in the family. For the last time, his son asked him for money in order to buy the drug, but he did not have the money, so his beast son took a wooden stick to threaten him. Then he filed the complaint to the police
