A Woman dies in Robbery

December 13, 07: A woman died instantly in a robbery when she was shot in the left-side head by thief over midnight in Bakrang village, Cherng Prey district, and Kampong Cham province. The dead woman known as Kim Sah, 42, was a cook for wedding and ceremony.
The dead victim’s husband said that before the robbery occurred, they poisoned his dogs. When he realized this, he shouted at villagers to gather. One hour later all villagers had gone to bed. About six to seven thieves came to his house and tied his son in ground floor of his house. Suddenly his wife ran to call for help from neighbors at the back door. Then a robber saw and shot her. His son said that those thieves contained six to seven members with two riffles and at least two handguns. After they attacked, they escaped away.
