A Woman Dies of Petroleum Fire

Banteay Meanchey: A woman known as Ly San, 33, died of serious injury after three days in hospital. She was sent to hospital after her husband, Mao Savy, 36, unintentionally threw fire of a petroleum bottle on her when their motorbike ran out of energy and the husband Savy lighted lighter to find petroleum in the stall of Mr. Prak Kemrorn.

The event occurred at 7:30 p.m. on 6-May-07. The victim lived in Ou Beichan village, Ou Beichan commune, Ou Chrov district.
