A woman Killed while Holding her Baby

Bateaymeanchey Province: A car ran into a woman, who was holding her 3-month-old baby, dying immediately at the scene at around 2:10 p.m. on November 7 in Mok Hing village, Ou Chrov district’s Kob commune, local police said. The deceased victim was identified as Seng Sichan, 38. In the fatal crash, her baby was thrown into a canal. Fortunately, the baby just suffered minor injury after the bystander saving. The bystander told police that the car driver drove his car uncommonly on the road, and then crashed the woman in the contrast direction. He was maybe under the influence of the alcohol. The driver tried to escape from the scene, but was arrested at the same day.
