A Young Man Arrested for Killing

Bantteaymeanchay Province: A young man among five was apprehended by provincial police for killing a man and seriously injuring two women on Wednesday. In font police official, perpetrator Chan Rotha confessed that he had shot the victim to death because he wanted to cheat him.
