A Youth Dies of Sword Chopping

December 15, 07: A youth known as Veout Leng, 23, died in a half way to hospital after he was chopped with sword by three gangsters when he was sitting to watch TV in a grocery stall. Unidentified gangs traveling on an old motor bike chopped the dead victim from behind at about 8:30pm in Beong Krasal village, Banon district, Phnom Penh. Beong Krasal villagers said that there are always gang attacks in the village and it is seemingly ignored by police. Police claimed that they are collecting evidence leading to arrest perpetrators.
