Adult Man Arrested of Rape Charge

June 20, 2007: An adult man known as Em Chhaiheng, 22, was arrested of rape charge after he had sex with a 16-year-old girl. He lives along road No 166 in Sangkat Ou Rusei IV, Khan Prampi Makara, and Phnom Penh. The excused said that he has had love relationship with the girl for two years and it is not the first time that they had sex with each other.
The girl’s parents said that the excused had lured their daughter and raped her. Khan Prampi Makara’s police has filed document already to send Chhaiheng to PP municipal court.
